Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at Sales@hybecdeco.com or calling +91 97417 12999.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request a return as per our Returns Policy.
For pre-paid orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5–7 working days after cancellation confirmation.
No cash refunds will be issued.
